Self-Care Ideas Worth Saving For
It’s so important to take care of yourself, especially if you’re a parent. I’m often reminded of what the flight attendants tell passengers before take off. They say to put your own oxygen mask on first, before you attempt to help someone else with theirs. You can’t help someone else if you can’t breathe. The same is true with parenthood. You’re no help to your children, if you don’t take care of yourself first.
I’ve created a printable document for you with easy, inexpensive self-care ideas that you can check out here. But sometimes you just need to splurge! That’s why I created this checklist for you. If you can afford it, pick one thing a month and do it. As for the really expensive things, like buying a hot tub, start saving now. Set a goal date, and make it happen. It will absolutely be worth it. You need to take care of yourself!Self Care Ideas that Cost Money (1)
