Hi everyone! It’s been awhile since I’ve written. I’m sorry! Life has been interesting for me. I’ve been struggling again with the direction God wants to take me. I have so much pent up inside of me that I can’t wait to share with you. A lot of that is coming in the form of my first book. That book is going to help free you from fear. I promise that it’s something you’re not going to want to miss out on. God has anointed me with the gift of writing, and using my hardships to encourage others. I’ve dealt with a ton of fears in my life including both rational and irrational, but I am free and it feels amazing!
Other than working on the book, my kids were sick most of March, so that took a lot of my time and attention. All four of them ended up getting the flu, and then a couple of them developed coughs that lingered for a couple of weeks. Thankfully, my husband and I avoided getting sick. I attribute that to the Lord, and our diets. I’ve been doing keto since December 8th of last year. I have a million positive things to say about it, but I’ll save that for another post. I just think that cutting out the sugar, really helped keep me healthy as my kids were coughing on me and touching me with their germ-filled hands.
There is one more thing that I can’t wait to share with you…
We got a puppy on Tuesday!
Her name is London and we’re already so in love. I can’t believe how smart and sweet she is. She’s the perfect fit for our family. I always grew up with black labs. I wanted a chocolate lab, but the more I looked into getting a puppy, the more I fell in love with labradoodles.
I’m sure there will be many more posts with her in it. I may never get a daughter, so this is probably as close to a baby girl as I’ll get (besides granddaughters someday).
I now have more clarity on the direction the Lord wants me to take, so you can look forward to seeing many more posts from me. If you don’t want to miss anything, be sure to subscribe to my blog. You can do that at the bottom of this post if you’re using a phone, or at the top-right corner if you’re on a computer. Also, be sure to check out my Facebook community.
